Behind Carrefour , there are four parts of places , I think 

If there are some choices in "Several new high-rise 

Buildings"  and "many good low buildings without elevator " 

,it would be suitable for you . I am sure you won't like 

Apartments in "several old high-rise buildings" part and 

"old low buildings" part , because it's old ,messy and dirty

Right now , there are two apartments , first one is in 

"several new high-rise buildings" ,104 sqm ,fully furnished 

, 3rd floor with elevator , 5000 rmb per month . 

Second one is in "many good low buildings without elevator " 

, 90 sqm , fully furnished , 3rd floor (the top floor is 

6th) , 4000 rmb per month .

I know you just want really good apartments , these two 

Should be suitable . You deserve to think about it .
