Loan Officer

Prime Source Mortgage is seeking an immediate hire for a 

Dynamic Loan Officer to join our Downtown Kirkland Branch 

Office.

Employment Description: 

• Proactively follows up with referred mortgage leads inside 

The mortgage branch, we have a large telemarketing operation 

That generates the business for you!

• Responding to customer inquiries and referrals that are 

Generated from both their own contacts as well as from other 

Business channels

• Conducts interviews (in person or on the phone) with 

Prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit 

Data, determine customer financing objectives, advice 

Customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and 

Gather any additional required information

• Continually develops and maintains a large quality network 

Of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of 

Referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.

• Ensures exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough 

Knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and 

Regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to 

Professional ethics.

Specific Skills/ Knowledgeable/ Abilities Required for 

Position: 

• College degree preferred 

• Mortgage Origination License 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in origination of mortgages

• Experience in all areas of loan policy, practices, 

Procedures and terminology 

• Initiative and ability to create relationships of trust with 

Investor and other departments 

• Excellent organizational, data gathering and follow-up 

Skills 

• Experience in process discovery, implementation and 

Management 

• Proven track record in meeting deadlines, quickly and 

Accurately troubleshooting issues, problem-solving and 

Communicating with other business units.
